Privacy Policy

How information is handled when you use this website or contact Greylight AI about its pipeline work for agencies.

Who to contact

Greylight AI is responsible for this website. For privacy questions or requests about information you have shared, contact Greylight AI.

Information you choose to share

You can book a call through the Cal.com calendar embedded on this website. The booking form collects your contact details, chosen time and any answers you provide so Greylight AI can arrange the meeting.

If you email Greylight AI, your message may include your name, email address, agency details and anything else you choose to include. That information is used to respond to your inquiry and arrange any agreed follow-up.

Browsing, cookies and local storage

Your browser sends standard request information to the server that delivers the site, including your IP address, browser details and requested pages. Hosting services may process this information to operate and secure the website.

The Greylight page does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics and serves its fonts locally. The embedded Cal.com calendar loads from Cal.com and processes browser request information to provide scheduling. It stores a display preference in your browser under greylight-brand-preview-theme. This contains a theme setting, not your contact information. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings; the page also works if storage is blocked.

The diagrams and example email on the page are illustrations. They do not show a real prospect or client record.

Booking, email and service providers

Cal.com processes booking information to schedule your meeting and provide confirmations. See Cal.com’s Privacy Policy for its data and cookie practices. Messages you send are handled by your email provider and Greylight AI’s business email service. Their systems process the message and associated delivery information. Clicking an email link does not enroll you in a mailing list.

This notice covers the website and initial inquiry. Handling client records for an agreed engagement, including any tools or providers used for that work, needs to be addressed in the engagement’s data-handling arrangements before records are shared.

Sharing client records

Please do not attach confidential client records, passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information to your first email. Start with a short description or redacted example. Agree the purpose and sharing method with Greylight AI first, and share only records you are authorized to provide.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry correspondence may be retained to handle the inquiry, keep a record of agreed work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The relevant factors are whether a discussion or engagement is ongoing, whether the information is still needed, and whether a legal recordkeeping requirement applies.

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you shared, or ask Greylight AI to stop follow-up, by emailing Greylight AI. Applicable rights and any limits depend on your location and the circumstances; some records may need to be retained. Do not include identity documents in an initial request.

Changes to this notice

The date above identifies the latest update. This notice should be updated if website features or information-handling practices change. Contact Greylight AI if you need clarification before sharing information.
