Greylight AI is an automation firm founded and run by Clayton Baryo. We build marketing agencies the Agency Cashflow Engine: one system that fills the calendar, helps win the client, and gets the invoice paid.
What Greylight AI does
Most agencies get most of their new clients from referrals. Greylight AI builds the Agency Cashflow Engine so there is a second source the agency controls, and so deals stop slipping through after the call.
The system follows up old leads and quiet proposals within 3 days, runs hyper-personalized outbound from alternate domains, replies to interested prospects in 5 minutes, and sends reminders so booked calls show up. After each call, the proposal is written from the call notes the same day, the invoice goes out when the client says yes, and onboarding, review requests and renewals run on time.

Clayton Baryo founded Greylight AI and leads every build. Before the Agency Cashflow Engine, he built automations for service businesses, including client reporting, lead follow-up, document generation and order intake.
