Frequently asked questions
Do we have to switch software?
No. We work from your ELD, your inbox and the rate cons and PODs you already get. If your ELD has no data feed, drivers confirm stop times with a one-tap text.
Will this hurt our broker relationships?
You pick the brokers we never chase, and you can pause any broker at any time. Everything goes out in your company’s name, the way the rate con asks for it.
We factor our loads. Does this still help?
Yes. Invoices reach your factor the day the POD comes in, and we show you which loads would have paid on time anyway, so you decide which ones to factor.
Does anything go out without our approval?
No. Your office approves the invoice batch every day.
Do you need our files before we talk?
No. We start from your public FMCSA filing. Your own loads only come in after you sign up.
What if it doesn’t work?
If you’re not paid at least 7 days faster by day 90, and we haven’t collected more than you’ve paid us, we refund every fee you’ve paid. Your next month is free if you stay.
What does it cost?
