Get paid for the hours your trucks sit at docks.
We build you a system that catches detention from your ELD, sends the proof the way the rate con asks, and chases every claim. $20,000 in detention collected in 90 days, or you pay nothing.
- Under halfOf detention invoices that carriers get paid on (ATRI).
- $20kIn detention collected in 90 days, or you pay nothing.
- 4 in 10Stops where drivers get held past free time (ATRI).
You bill for detention. You get paid on under half of it.
Drivers get held at about 4 in 10 stops, and almost every fleet bills for it. More than half of those invoices never get paid.
It usually comes down to two things:
Notice that went out late
The rate con says to notify before free time runs out. Dispatch is busy, the notice goes out late, and the claim gets denied.
Claims nobody chased
One invoice and no follow-up. The broker sits on it, and after a few weeks nobody remembers the load.
One system, from the dock to the deposit.
Rate cons checked before booking
We flag any rate con with no detention, layover or free-time terms, so dispatch can ask for them while you still have leverage.
Free-time alerts
Dispatch gets a ping before free time runs out, so notice goes out the way each rate con requires.
Proof sent the same day
ELD stop times, a map pin, BOL times and the rate-con clause in one packet, sent the day your office approves it.
Every claim chased
Follow-ups go out until each claim is paid or disputed. You get one weekly list of what’s still out.
Layover, TONU and lumper too
Layover, TONU and lumper charges get billed per the rate con, along with detention.
Broker scorecard
See which brokers pay detention, which ones stall and how long each takes, so you can price them or stop hauling for them.
We set it up, then we run it.
Your part is small: give us read-only ELD access, forward rate cons and PODs, and approve the claims.
This week
Call
30 minutes to see how detention gets billed and paid today and whether this fits your fleet.
First
Setup
Read-only ELD access, every broker’s free time and detention terms loaded, and your baseline dated.
During setup
Old detention filed
Unpaid detention from your last 90 days that’s still inside its billing window gets filed, so the first payments come sooner.
Then
We run it
Every stop checked and every claim chased, plus a weekly list of what got paid and what’s still out.
$20,000 in detention collected in 90 days, or you pay nothing.
We only count detention that’s been paid into your account, above what you were already collecting. Your baseline is dated from your last 90 days before we start.
$20,000 or every dollar back
If collected detention from the system is under $20,000 by day 90, we refund every fee you’ve paid and keep running it free for 90 more days. You keep everything we built.
You stay in control of every broker
You pick the brokers we never chase. Everything goes out in your company’s name, and nothing is sent until your office approves it.
Month to month
No long contract. You can stop any month.
Your part
50 or more trucks, read-only ELD access in your first week, rate cons and PODs forwarded, and claims approved within 1 business day.
Book a call
30 minutes. We’ll look at how detention gets billed and paid today and how much of it goes unpaid.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to switch software?
No. We work from your ELD, your inbox and the rate cons and PODs you already get. If your ELD has no data feed, drivers confirm stop times with a one-tap text.
Will this hurt our broker relationships?
You pick the brokers we never chase, and you can pause any broker at any time. Everything goes out in your company’s name, the way the rate con asks for it.
Does anything go to brokers without our approval?
No. Every claim waits for your office to approve it.
Do you need our files before we talk?
No. We start from your public FMCSA filing. Your own loads only come in after you sign up.
How fast does it start?
Setup starts after the call. Old detention from your last 90 days gets filed during setup, so payments start sooner.
What if it doesn’t work?
If collected detention from the system is under $20,000 by day 90, we refund every fee you’ve paid and keep running it free for 90 more days. You keep everything we built.
What does it cost?
Most of our fee is a share of the extra detention we collect. We’ll walk you through the rest on the call.
Is there a long contract?
No. It’s month to month.
